After nearly two weeks driving to and holding up at the border, I cross over on the 25th of December 2009, primarily because several of the friends have told me that the best time to cross is during a holiday and this holiday is one of the best ones to cross the border on.

I had been worried about crossing a lot more that I really needed to, but that is me, I tend to think of the worst scenario that could happen in any given circumstance and then begin worrying about what might happen.

Well, nothing happened, I was able to cross right into Mexico and begin my travel southward.
