The Willow Flat Campground, Canyonlands National Park, UT

Willow Flat Campground, Islands in the Sky
The campground is located in Canyonlands National Park west of Moab, Utah. On US 191, from where it crosses the Colorado river drive north 8 and 1/4 miles to SH 313, turn left and drive west on SH 313. At five miles, you will arrive atop the mesa, at nineteen miles you will arrive at the national park boundary (continue south on Grand View Point road), and at almost twenty-one and a half miles you will arrive at the visitors center. From here, it is twelve miles to Grand View point.
At six and a quarter miles past the visitors center, you will arrive at Upheaval Dome Road where you will turn right and drive one quarter miles to Green River Overlook Road. Take a left turn onto this road and drive one mile to Willow Flat Campground. The Green River Overlook is less than a half mile further.

The Camping
General Information:
Willow Flat Campground has 12 sites, which are on a first-come, first-served basis. The campground is open year-round and the campsites fill quickly spring through fall.

Fees:
$15.00 per site per night

Campground Includes:
Each site has a picnic table and a fire ring. There are some sites with a shade shelter and there are toilets in the campground.
There is no water at the campground. You can get drinking water outside the visitor center spring through fall.
