The campground is located in the city limits of Lincoln City, Oregon.

Devils Lake state recreation area is the city limits of Lincoln City which has seven miles of shoreline. You can walk to the beach from the campground on a 700 foot long boardwalk to the boat ramp at D River and from there, a short gravel tail leads to US 101. A crosswalk provides access to the beach at D River state recreation site.

Winter and Spring are usually wet times for this campground while summer is much dryer.

Yurts are the newest thing in camping, it like you never went camping at all with the comfort of a domed tent with structural support, a hard surfaced floor, a solid lockable door, lights, heating and beds. However if you still want to do the camping thing, each yurt has a fire ring and picnic table right outside.

The list of water sports is endless and the day use area has a boat launch and picnic area. Interpretive programs come during the summer with a large variety of topics. Probably the amenity that interests me the most is availability for bird watching, especially the migratory geese and duck which winter in these wetlands.

Devils Lake has year round camping next to Devils Lake means access to fishing, boating, wildlife viewing but that is not all because it is very close to the ocean and right in Lincoln City both of which include a whole list of additional activities. The campsite has a boat moorage dock, a bath house with flush toilets and hot showers. The shower house in loop B is a brick building with tile interior and steamy hot water.
