The History of the Congregation 1 (Go to journal entry) Go Down Go Up
JUST AS IT HAS BEEN TRUE for all of God's people throughout history in all aspects of their worship, it remains true for his people in these modern days. So, in keeping with the past records of God's people, it is necessary today to give all praise and glory to Jehovah God for the accomplishments of his present day witnesses, whether individually, in groups or as a whole. (Isaiah 43:10)

The Landscape Improvements Go Down Go Up
During the summer of 1995, there were numerous overgrown and dying junipers that needed to be removed on the small hill next to the Kingdom Hall entrance.
After these were removed and treated wood box garden installed, many flowering plants, including azaleas, bulb, crocuses and other plants were planted in this new garden.

The Parking Lot Lighting Improvements Go Down Go Up
In the fall of 2001, the brothers did not want to go through another winter of long nights, especially since arriving at the hall for the mid-week meetings had previously been done in a mostly dark parking lot.
So, two previously used light poles were located, transferred to the Oak Harbor property and then long weekend was scheduled to remove the old light pole and install the two refitted lights.

The Fresh Coat of Paint Go Down Go Up
In March of 2008, with the help of the RBC, there were a large group of volunteers both from the local congregations and other surrounding congregations that gave the Kingdom Hall and fresh coat of paint, primarily the interior but the exterior also got a touch up.
