The very first Journey of a Thousand Days was set to began on March 01, 2013 when after having reached the age of retirement, giving up my grass mowing job and dispossessed much of my burdensome possessions, I then took the the roadway in a 1994 Ford Aerostar mini van heavily loaded with all the many possessions that I believed that I still needed.

With the start of the first Journey of a Thousand Days, this began the Tenth of the Quires of my quest for the journey on, the quest which initially began earlier with Quires One through Nine and a countdown of Day 1369 BR (before retirement).

Ever since the Journey On began on Day One JO of Quire Ten, the number of the days of this journey on have been delegated to a period of one thousand days. This thousand days period lasted until November 25, 2015 when the Journey On attained Day 1000 JO.

Coincidentally, that day was during the Beaver Moon, after which, it was necessary to transition to a new journey of a thousand days for the journey on to continue.
