Palmetto State Park Campground
The campground is located near Ottine, Texas. Take the IH 10 exit 632, turn south on US 183 and drive 2.3 miles to Park Road 11 N on the right and the entrance to Palmetto state Park. Turn on the park road and drive two miles to the state Park.

With multiple sources of water including the San Marcos river, Rutledge creek, Ottine swamp spring, Oxbow lake creek, artesian well pond, and warm springs, Palmetto state park is a haven for a wide variety of wildlife and plants.
Here, dwarf palmettos grow under the canopy of tall trees.

All campsites have water, picnic tables, outdoor grill, fire ring, lantern post.
Restrooms with flush toilets and hot shower are located in camping areas.
